80% of our products are made from wool felt, which is a renewable and environmentally friendly
resource.

Products
Other 20% of items we make consist of natural materials such as cotton, silk, ceramics and wood.

Ecosystem care
We strive to minimize pollution to the environment at any stages of production.

Our goal
Natural products accessible to more people and this is our input to maintain ecological balance, thus decrease the negative effect of industry to the environment.

Felt is produced by a process that is based on the unique characteristic of wool fibers to interlock under the influence of hot water, steam and pressure to combine fibers. It can vary from being very firm or very soft depending on how densely it has been pressed.

Before becoming a final felt sheet, wool goes through the following procedures:

Primary processing of wool.

Includes wool cleaning, grading and washing.

After cleansing, the wool goes through a carding process that unravels the wool fibers so that they are parallel to each other.

Finished combed woolen cloths are laid out to the desired thickness. The canvases are steamed to expose the fibers to their large-scale structure. They are then machined by heat, moisture, movement and pressure so that the fibers adhere tightly to each other.

Drying and cleaning.

The sheets are dried and, since the felt is a nonwoven, some fibers may stick to the surface. When cleaning, such loose fibers are removed.
