And if you entered as a guest, then you have to fill out the delivery form (Name, Email, country, city and Index). Once you fill out all the required fields in the form, you can continue to process the order.

The cost of the Order includes the cost of goods in the online store and the cost of delivery.

  • Enter the CVC / CVV number (3 digits that are printed on the back of the card, on the signature strip);
  • Name and surname of the cardholder (in exactly the same way as they are written on the front side of the card);
  • The validity period of the card that is written on the front of the card.

The transfer of this information is subject to all necessary security measures. The data will be reported via a secure SSL connection directly to the acquirer bank. Information is transmitted in an encrypted form and is not stored in the system, so access to this information by company employees or third parties is completely excluded.

If your card supports 3DSecure technology, after the card data entry you will be redirected to the website of the bank-card issuer to confirm the transaction.

After successful payment, an electronic check is sent to the e-mail of the payer confirming the payment and containing its unique order number.

DELIVERY

Delivery is in Bishkek and countries of the near and far abroad countries.

  1. Pre-place an order on our website, pay the bill and receive a check with your order.

Delivery of your purchase within the city of Bishkek starts from 150 KGS.

Delivery is carried out during the day.

The minimum weight of sending goods around the world through the postal service “Kyrgyz Post” is 100 g.

If the product weighs below 100 g, the weight is automatically rounded up to 100 g, which corresponds to the standards of this delivery service.

You can choose any of our proposed transport services. This is Kyrgyz Post and DHL.

The total delivery time of the Goods from the warehouse, consists of the processing time of the order is 1-3 days and the delivery time of the transport services. The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated individually, based on its weight, region of delivery.

Kyrgyz Post

LLC “Kyrgyz Post” operates in the postal market of Kyrgyzstan since March 16, 2012 on the basis of the indefinite license No. 16-0028-KR issued on August 19, 16 by the State Communications Agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, providing a wide range of postal, financial and other services to the population and legal entities of the country.

An order with delivery through the Kyrgyz Post transport service is processed within 1-3 days. After sending your goods to your chosen country and city, we inform you of the tracking number of your order, which you can view on the site of your local post office in your chosen city. Tracking your order will be available on the site after 15 days from the date your order was sent.

The official delivery time of goods is 25-30 working days. Considering the delivery process across the world, there may be delay for several days. If for some reason you did not receive the goods after 25-30 days, then you should inform us about it by email online@shop.tumar.com. So that we can figure out where your order is.

1). RETURN OF GOODS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is received, and within 14 days after receipt.
Return of goods of appropriate quality is possible in the case if its marketable condition, consumer properties and all tags and labels are saved.
In case of rejection of goods, we return the cost of the returned goods, except for the costs related to delivery of the returned goods by the Buyer, Payment is made within 10 days after receiving the returned goods to the warehouse.

2). RETURN OF GOODS OF INAPPROPRIATE QUALITY
Under the return of goods of inappropriate quality is meant the Goods that are defective and cannot meet its functional qualities. The received Goods must correspond to the description on the site. The difference of design elements or general design from the ones stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or not a functionality of the Goods. If you received an item of inappropriate quality (hidden defect) – send us an e-mail with a photo of the goods with its visible defect to online@shop.tumar.com.
After that, our manager will contact you and approve the process of return / exchange of these goods.

3). HOW TO MAKE  A RETURN OF GOODS

Gently pack the goods in the original packaging with full set of tags and labels. Send a parcel by mail to the address:

4). REIMBURSEMENT OF DELIVERY COSTS

Appropriate quality. When returning goods of appropriate quality, the cost for delivery of goods and shipping is not compensated.

Inappropriate quality. When returning goods of inappropriate quality, upon condition that the defect has arisen not through the fault of the customer, we will reimburse the cost of delivery.

5). REFUND

After the goods arrive at our stock, our specialists check the condition and quality of the returned goods. Based on the results of revision if the manufacturing defect is confirmed, than there will be a cancellation of the goods from your order.

6). TERM OF MONEY RETURN

It may take up to 10 days from the moment of receipt at the warehouse.
